Incoming email volumes remain incredibly high, so appointment requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed. If your pet is sick, injured, or your concern is time sensitive, do not use this form – PHONE us at 416-538-8387 to inquire about availability instead.
Non-urgent appointments are currently booking several weeks out, so it is almost certain that the specific dates and times you request will not be available. To help us efficiently book you an alternate appointment, please use the Comments and Questions field to indicate your general availability (dates, days of the week, times of day etc.). Once we have scheduled an appointment for your pet, we will send you an email notifying you that your appointment has been “rescheduled”. This revised appointment date and time is confirmed and reserved for your pet, so if it does not work for you please contact us so that we can find a better date and time. Missed appointments prevent us from helping another pet in need.
