Jen grew up in Toronto with many family pets, inspiring her to become a veterinarian. She attended the University of Guelph to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree, then graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2006. She has been practicing small animal medicine in Toronto ever since, focusing on preventive care and internal medicine.
Jen has two boxers named Gary (pictured) and his new sister Maui, who visit the clinic regularly to provide staff entertainment. She is also an artist and enjoys abstract painting in her spare time – take a look at her incredible art on Instagram: @jenhodgesabstractart! Jen joined Roncy as a Locum veterinarian in June of 2020 and we liked her so much we wouldn’t let her leave. 🙂
